What is Clapleads Atlas?+
A B2B lead-intelligence platform. It aggregates public business data from government registries and open datasets into a single searchable database of 1.9 billion+ company records, with search, list-building, enrichment, and export tools.
Where does the data come from?+
Publicly available business information from government registries and open datasets, normalized into one schema. Every credited and license-restricted source is listed on the Data Sources page. We do not claim inflated source counts.
Do you sell personal/consumer (B2C) data?+
No. Paid and downloadable exports ship organization-level facts only. Personal contact fields are suppressed by default as a compliance guardrail. See the Privacy Policy.
How fresh is the data?+
Records are continuously ingested and re-validated. Each company profile shows its last-refresh date, and per-country coverage is visible in the in-app analytics.
Search & exports
How do I find companies?+
Use keyword search or natural-language search, then narrow with filters for country, industry, company size, employee count, revenue, organization type, and trade role. Saved searches and the ICP builder help you reuse targeting.
What export formats are supported?+
CSV, Excel (XLSX), JSON, and webhook delivery. You choose which fields to include and can rename output columns. A 10-row preview is available before you commit.
Is search limited?+
Search is unlimited on every plan. Plans differ only in how many records you can export each month (export credits).
API & integrations
Is there an API?+
Yes — a REST API with token and API-key authentication, a live OpenAPI schema, and Swagger docs. Manage keys and see your rate limits in the Developer area.
Can I enrich my CRM?+
Yes. Connect a CRM (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) to sync and enrich records, or upload a CSV to match-and-enrich against the database. Real-time and batch enrichment endpoints are available.
Can I verify VAT numbers or run KYB checks?+
Yes. VAT verification and KYB (business-legitimacy) checks are available from a company profile and via the API.

Is there a free plan?+
Yes. The free plan includes a monthly export-credit allowance and every feature. See Pricing for current tiers — fair, region-adjusted pricing, cancel anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — two clicks in billing settings, no fees. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
Do you offer custom/enterprise datasets?+

How do I exercise my data rights?+
Use the data request portal — no account needed. We honor access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, and “do not sell” requests under GDPR/CCPA.
