What is a credit?
One credit = one organization record you export. Searching costs nothing on any plan, including Free — but how many results you can page through in one search depends on your plan; the limit is on each plan card above, and the search page tells you when you have reached it.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Exports pause until your credits reset at the start of your next monthly cycle. You can also upgrade at any time and your new credits arrive right away.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset to your plan’s full amount each month. That keeps plans simple and prices low.
Why do prices change by country?
We match prices to local purchasing power, so a team in Lagos or Mumbai pays a fair price just like a team in London or New York. Use the country picker above to see your price. Your price is set from your country at checkout, and we check it against your payment card’s country.
Is the yearly plan really cheaper?
Yes — paying yearly saves roughly 20–25% compared to paying month by month, depending on the plan.
Can I cancel?

Do plans renew automatically?
